General donations: Due to the immediate impact your donation has on our residents, all general donations are non-refundable once completed. This ensures consistent support for their ongoing needs.

Recurring donations: If you set up a recurring donation and later wish to cancel it, please do so at least 48 hours before the next scheduled payment. Cancellations made after this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund.

Dedicated donations: Donations designated for specific projects or individuals are typically non-refundable as they are allocated directly to those purposes.
